House Rules
No shoes inside please!
Quiet time is 10 PM. Please respect the neighbors.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years). No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check out is noon.
Payment Policy
We take payment through Square.
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We will refund 100% if you cancel before 5 days of check in. If you cancel within 5 days of your stay, we only refund 50% of your stay, excluding the first night. We have a strict cancellation policy. Thank you!
Notes
Just please note that this rental is DIRECTLY on water. Not recommended for very small children or unsupervised children. This cabin does NOT move. PLEASE NOTE- We are located on the Mississippi and WE DO FLOOD. We might have to cancel the reservation if flooding is in the forecast. ALSO NOTE- With the boat being directly on the water, there are sometimes bugs. Not inside the boat, but yes you WILL see them outside. We do clean it thoroughly, but they pop up.
