No parties or events allowed. Quiet time is 10PM. Please respect our neighbors. SWIMMING IS 100% AT YOUR OWN RISK.Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 am.
Payment Policy
We accept payment through Square.
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a refund if canceled within 5 days. After that we offer a 50% refund except for night one. We have a strict cancellation policy.
Notes
We are located directly on the river, so at night you might see some bugs. This is a steel bottom houseboat so you might hear the water hitting the sides. Again, this boat does NOT move. PLEASE NOTE- We are located on the Mississippi and WE DO FLOOD. We might have to cancel the reservation if flooding is in the forecast. ALSO NOTE- With the boat being directly on the water, there are sometimes bugs. Not inside the boat, but yes you WILL see them outside. We do clean it thoroughly, but they pop up.
